Splendid country house, fully restored with the original caracteristics, furnished of every comfort, with private pool and tennis court. Moreover it has one dependance situated in the immediate vicinities. Description This house was restored some time ago, with the work of expert workers of the sector, to add all possible comforts of first class, without change the originality of the structure. The inside design it is rural and very elegant, to improve the comodity of visitors. It is surrounded from a park and it has gardens, with pool, tennis court, box for horses, spaces for childrens, barbecue, and forno who works with woods. The rooms are first class rooms and there are 9 rooms, all with inside services. There is Sat-TV, and there is a second kitchen, for large number of visitors. There is a small river only to 650 metres and it overlooks the valley of the Aso river, and the Adriatic sea, whitch is only 30 kilometres far. Only 10 kilometres far, there are Appennine Mountains, the Sibillini mountains with the relative park, and it is well visible the M. Gran Sasso of Italy. The Dependance is just a few metres away from the country house "LA RUPE". The apartments are comfortable, furnished in our traditional style, with every modern convenience. The closeness to the Hotel allow the guests to use all the Hotel facilities. Just a few steps will take you to swimming pool and tennis court.
